I received regular updates and photos, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. It was clear my dog was in great hands and was being well cared for. Our small dog was well cared for by this warm family for 6 hours. She was the only dog there. It was a last minute booking and they were very accommodating. Their home is neat and clean and the chain link fenced yard was perfect. The sent us a photo of our dog relaxing on their sofa. Would use this family again.

It was my first time using Rover. Kendra was open to meeting up before the day to introduce her to Chloe she has separation anxiety. She kept me updated by sending me pictures as well. She made our experience much better than I had expected. Will be booking her again.
