House Sitting in River Forest

Coleen is AMAZING! As a Rover sitter myself, she is my go-to for my own pets. She provides frequent/detailed updates and pics, and is awesome with our pets meds, even though they are often fickle. Can't recommend her highly enough!

Erin did such a great job with my dog. She sent frequent updates and my dog seemed so calm and content when I returned from my trip. I cannot recommend her enough.

I was lucky enough to have Karolly house sit for 3 days while on a work trip. She took great care of my dogs Pepper (whippet) and Queso (Pitbull) , she communicated about them very well and I was gets lots of updates (pictures and videos) on my fur babies. Our cocker spaniel Ripley is 15+ years old mostly deaf and not sure he sees very well. Our sitter of many years moved out of state. I wanted him to remain in his home where he feels comfortable. Diane was a godsend, she came to meet him before vacation and I knew immediately she was the one to watch Ripley and our home. She got down on the floor to get to know him. He does not always take to people right away but he did to Diane. While we were gone I received daily updates and pictures. I didn't think I would want them since I never got any from my previous sitter, but I started to look forward to them after the first day. I also liked having Diane stay at our house. The house was so clean when we came home. She also cared for our cat. As long as Ripley is alive and Diane is still pet sitting I can vacation knowing my dog and home are in good hands.

This was our first time leaving our puppy for a longer stretch and Aaron put my mind at ease. He took great care of her and her older sister, and was helpful and communicative throughout.

Jamie was incredible watching our two dogs in our home for us last minute. She was willing to come out and meet us a few days before because our dogs are a little anxious. She was professional, on time, communicative and sent us so many cute photos of our pups while we were gone. We can’t thank her enough for helping us out in a last minute pinch!

April housesat with our two dogs for four nights and we couldn't be more pleased. She was communicative, responsive, and took tremendous care of our home and our pups. Several neighbors have now told us how often they saw April out walking the dogs. The dogs can get pretty anxious when we're away, and usually go on hunger strikes for a day or two. That wasn't the case with April, which speaks loads to her ability to make the dogs comfortable and at ease. Will definitely book again!

Sarah was kind, prompt and very clean in my house. My dog seems quite content.

Annie went above and beyond for us- it is clear she is experienced and we really appreciated it. When our original sitter had to cancel because she was sick, we reached out to Annie and are so glad she was available. She had patience with our pup who has separation anxiety, making sure he had a fun, safe time and got the exercise he needed despite his hesitancy at first. She also did some light house org and cleaning, which was unexpected but a welcome surprise! We hope she will come back again!

We are always so happy working with Will! He is above and beyond when it comes to caring for our cat and 2 dogs. He was able to easily administer multiple medications, be understanding with senior dogs and their extra needs (including bladder control), and even got my anxious dog to be his buddy. He was communicative, providing many updates. Our animals weren’t even happy to see us, only calm, which means they had a great time when we were gone. As a bonus we even came home to a perfectly spotless house. I would recommend Will to anyone. You would be so happy to work with him!

Yulissa did amazing job taking care of Stella! Appreciated her being flexible with schedule and going above and beyond to accommodate Stella’s needs! Will definitely have her again!

If she ever needs another gig, Joyce should definitely take up puppy photography! Not only is Joyce SO responsible and loving with our pups, but she sends the best updates! And this time, our surly mastiff who doesn't really care about anyone decided that she'd spent enough time with Joyce to make an exception (she doesn't even care about us 😆) Joyce took special care of Boo during some wicked storms and had the patience to deal with the little diva that is Emma. Joyce is always the best!
