Xiaotong was great with our cat Pumpkin! She is a very skittish cat but she got her to come out of hiding for her visit. She kept me in the loop the whole time as well with many pictures.
Vanessa took excellent care of my cat. She always responded quickly when discussing the booking and sent plenty of photos of him during my trip. I highly recommend her!
