Pet Sitting & Drop Ins in Round Lake Beach

Christopher drops in a couple of times a week since the end of this summer and it’s been going GREAT! My dog Flash loves Chris! They have a routine.. first intense sniffing ( because he has his own and also watches other doggies as well) then play indoor fetch game, then a quick walk around the block. Chris was also flexible on schedule changes, and he always let me know if running late, etc. communication really fast, very reliable person for your four legged family member!

Brittany always takes good care of our cats. She takes notes and knows how to speak “cat”. :) We appreciate her daily updates and photos - they always make us smile when we are away, and we feel good knowing our pets are well cared for. I would highly recommend Brittany.

Does a wonderful job with animals. She shows so much patience and understanding to skittish animals. She has done amazing job while I was on Cali. This was my second time using her.

Julie did such a great job! She was always checking in and sent me lots of pics of my big fur baby. She was reliable and I felt very comfortable leaving my cat with her. Would happily recommend in the future.

Hope is amazing! We’re so happy we found her! She did drop-in visits for our cats while we were on vacation. She took excellent care of our kitties and sent messages and pictures to keep us updated. Barbara is amazing and very clearly an animal lover. She responded right away, was very personable, took care of my friends and sent many pics to put me at ease they were well. I booked the drop-in visit because an already lengthy trip was doubled and they had run out of supplies. Barbara brought litter and food she had at home because she cares for strays, true compassion for all animals. Besides the many positive reviews she obviously does this a lot as she was already familiar with my complex from walking some neighbors dogs. Very highly recommended, I will request her services again for sure. Thank you Barbara, you're great

Haley has been incredible, this is my first experience with Rover and I had a lot of questions. Thankfully, Haley was more than equipped to answer anything and everything I asked. I have a younger dog that does bark at new people, Haley took it all in stride, moving slow, allowing for sniffs and other close investigations. Within minutes they were best friends. There is still a little barking when Haley first arrives, but my dog quickly settles down and races outside for playtime. Haley asks me what my preferences are for the dogs and always follows up to ensure that my needs are understood. I LOVE the report cards and photos after each session. Seeing my dogs happy smiling faces after she visits with them makes me feel so at ease. Very, very happy to have found her!

Sam has become an extended member of the family. Bear loves seeing Sam when we’re gone on trips and she does an amazing job of taking care of him. ❤️

Guadalupe was excellent. She took time to understand Millie's needs and my house rules. She was punctual and thorough. Millie loved her! I would definitely use her again.

Amazing!!! They both did a wonderful job of taking care of my fur babies. They picked up pillows that my bad fur kids knocked down and straightened a few other things. They managed to find their hiding spots and take photos of them during their check-ins. Had a few packages arrive earlier than anticipated and they were gracious enough to bring them indoors. I definitely recommend them and hope they are available when needed in the future.

Marisa was awesome! She sent tons of pictures and brought my cat treats, which he absolutely loved. She honestly might be his new favorite person now!
