Dog Boarding in Round Lake Heights

Kelsey is warm, friendly and welcoming to us and our pups. She kept us well informed with updates and pictures. It is clear that our dogs were happy and felt safe with her. We will not hesitate to book with her again.

Debbie and Tom took the best care of our dog while we vacationed for 10 days. They were responsive and communicative with daily updates and cute pictures. It was so reassuring to know she was so well taken care of and had her own “doggie vacation” while we were away.

Kelli took excellent care of our dog Milo, even though it was her first time meeting/ sitting him. She made sure he blended in smooth. He seemed to be having a great time with Kelli !

I feel so comfortable leaving Abby with Kim! Kim takes time to learn about Abby's food, treats, schedules,and habits. She provides a warm, caring environment in her home and a great fenced-in backyard. I also appreciate the updates Kim provides during the time away.

Norma is fantastic!!! This was our first time using Rover.com - (found it by doing a Google search just days before our scheduled trip when all of our other dogsitters fell through! Yikes!) - and we couldn't have been more surprised by how easy it was to use. Norma responded to our request right away, and even offered to let us bring our dog, Russell, over to meet hers before the trip. She has a very friendly lab who loves to play with other dogs, and Russell couldn't have been happier. Norma was very accommodating, and her love for dogs was immediately apparent. While we were on our trip, she took the time to send us little messages and pictures of Russell playing with hers, and we loved being able to see how he was doing. Norma has a very gentle, laid-back demeanor, and there was not one minute that we felt nervous to have our dog in her care. When we came to pick him up, he was excited to see us, but didn't want to leave. We feel so lucky to have found Norma! From now on, she'll be our go-to sitter! Highly recommend!!!

Angela and Dave took excellent care of our little guy while we were away. They sent regular updates and pictures. We were very relieved to have our dog in such good care.

Stella was amazing from start to end. She was very accommodating in keeping jaxx longer than i originally planned and treated him like her own. Stella is the go too baby sitter and i suggest anyone to book with her. Thanks again Stella!!

Danielle was amazing with my 10 month old puppy and great with communication while I was out of town for over three days. I would not hesitate to book her again, and cannot think of anything I would have her do differently. Sh was very careful to be attentive to mine and Myron’s needs and wants. Excellent job, Danielle. Tommy and Julie took care of our 2 dogs for an extended stay and we could not be happier with the entire experience! They took excellent care of our dogs and took the time to send us daily updates and pictures. Our dogs came back healthy and happy and we will absolutely book with Tommy and Julie again. 5 stars!!!

We absolutely LOVE booking with Chisato! She sends photos and videos regularly and has been very flexible with times when needed. Plus our baby loves her!

We are THRILLED to have found Anays and Francis on Rover! We could not have asked for a better experience. This was our first time ever boarding our deaf English Bull Terrier, Eddie, and we were nervous but the many check-ins and photos put our hearts at ease throughout our trip. They listened to our feeding/walking instructions and carried everything out perfectly to keep Eddie on his routine as much as possible. They were patient with his and SO attentive (he can be very clingy) and by the time we came back I swear he would have rather stayed with them haha. He got lots of cuddles and care, and we definitely plan on boarding him here again in the future, and we 100% recommend them without reservation. Thank you!

We booked a last minute week long stay with Jennifer over Spring Break for our dog Lexi, it was her first time with Jennifer and she seemed very happy there. Jennifer sent us pictures and feedback to let us know how Lexi was doing, which allowed us to relax and enjoy our trip. We would happily leave Lexi with her again!

Wonderful experience meeting Cassandra! Met for an intro a few weeks before I had a short trip for work. Cassandra is a dog mom so she just gets it. I felt comfortable chatting with her and she was patient with one of mine that can take a bit of time to warm up. She’s got a fenced yard for play time and a flexible setup in her home for those pups that may want some down time, separated for meals, etc. No matter what I always worry when I leave my dogs. I think Cassandra sensed that and sent me lots of pics throughout my trip so I knew they were having a good time. I was so happy to see all the dogs getting along and I knew I found a trustworthy person when she sent me a pic of her giving Maggie belly rubs! That’s a high honor! I don’t travel much but finding Cassandra has been a huge relief for when I do. Highly recommend. Will absolutely be in touch again!

Melody was wonderful! We couldn’t have found a better sitter for our Scottie. She sent photos and videos daily which gave us peace of mind while we were out of the country. I highly recommend her and we’re planning to use her again to take care of our baby!

Jacob was the best! Very accommodating and responsive! My Rocky loved it there, we could tell he was sad leaving him and his family. We will def use Jacob in the future. Thanks again so much for everything with Rocky! ❤️

I cannot say enough positive things about Kathleen!!! I have always boarded my dog at a kennel in the past, but it made her too anxious so I gave Rover a try for the first time. I do not know why I haven’t been using this all along. Ellie LOVED her time at Kathleen’s. I received pictures and notes every day from Kathleen with updates. She went above and beyond, and if she will take Ellie, will always be my go-to person!

Elisa is the best! She created an album of photos for me and sent me more photos and provided updates everyday. She even agreed to watch my dog for an extra day with no prior notice due to an emergency.

OMG...Milo had a great time with Mrs. Francine and her babies. Milo seemed to be very comfortable after the first nite there. I recommend Mrs. Francine she was so loving with Prince Milo he felt right at home. Thank you once again and milo will see you and Ella and the other babies again. ❤️?
