Chris was amazing with our shy, brand spanking new puppy. We’ve only had her less than a week and I wanted to make sure she stayed on schedule. At the meet and greet, our puppy was shy but warmed up quickly to Chris. He left very detailed notes about what they did and the best pics!

Even our shyest cat trusted her and came out to get some cuddles and play. She communicated with us throughout our trip keeping us updated with comments and pictures. Tommy and Julie were fantastic this past week. They came over in advance to meet our cats and see what their routine was like. They asked lots of questions to make sure the booking was a good fit for us and them. They were very friendly and responsive while we were gone, they arrived on time every day, brought in packages and mail for us when they were here. They took time and care to feed the cats, clean their dishes and played with them every day. We received daily pictures and video from them as well. Would definitely recommend them and will be using them again as well!

This was the first time Sam had watched my cat and she did an amazing job. She visited him twice a day for 8 days. She went above & beyond - cat was very content when I got home (& usually he's anxious). She sent multiple pics each day plus updates, made me feel at ease and my cat looked quite happy and entertained in the pics! Sam is very warm and friendly and did a great job staying in touch and communicating.

Guadalupe was excellent. She took time to understand Millie's needs and my house rules. She was punctual and thorough. Millie loved her! I would definitely use her again.

Barbara is amazing and very clearly an animal lover. She responded right away, was very personable, took care of my friends and sent many pics to put me at ease they were well. I booked the drop-in visit because an already lengthy trip was doubled and they had run out of supplies. Barbara brought litter and food she had at home because she cares for strays, true compassion for all animals. Besides the many positive reviews she obviously does this a lot as she was already familiar with my complex from walking some neighbors dogs. Amazing!!! They both did a wonderful job of taking care of my fur babies. They picked up pillows that my bad fur kids knocked down and straightened a few other things. They managed to find their hiding spots and take photos of them during their check-ins. Had a few packages arrive earlier than anticipated and they were gracious enough to bring them indoors. I definitely recommend them and hope they are available when needed in the future.

Haley has been incredible, this is my first experience with Rover and I had a lot of questions. Thankfully, Haley was more than equipped to answer anything and everything I asked. I have a younger dog that does bark at new people, Haley took it all in stride, moving slow, allowing for sniffs and other close investigations. Within minutes they were best friends. There is still a little barking when Haley first arrives, but my dog quickly settles down and races outside for playtime. Haley asks me what my preferences are for the dogs and always follows up to ensure that my needs are understood. I LOVE the report cards and photos after each session. Seeing my dogs happy smiling faces after she visits with them makes me feel so at ease. Very, very happy to have found her!

We have used Amy once before to drop in on our two cats. She does a great job of updating us on their bathroom use, letting us know how much food was eaten, and sends us pictures as well! Amy is fantastic!
