Cat Sitting in Saint Charles

Janae was so wonderful in caring for our cat family. It was our first time using an animal sitter and we were very anxious and nervous about having someone unknown to care for them. Janae understood our trepidations and accommodated by sharing pictures, information, and the daily schedule. We knew every time she made a visit and was always punctual. At each visit, she shared the link of information via text. She truly built a trust we could rely on, and we became relaxed and confident that our cat family was in good hands. She also notified us to let us know any trouble our kitties got into, and, at one time, Janae let us know that one of our cats had a "spit-up" accident and offered to clean it up. Janae is a gem, and I am very confident that she deeply cares about her job by the love and attention she gives our pets. I highly recommend Janae and have no doubts about using her again.

Kristy was a fantastic sitter and went above and beyond for my kitties while I was away. She stayed the entire half hour and even extra at times to make sure they were happy and played with. I appreciate all the extra effort and communication. I felt so at ease knowing they were in the best care! I will reach out to her any time I have to leave my pets, she’s definitely earned a new client with her professionalism and honest love for animals. Thanks again, Kristy!

Elle was amazing with our two kitties while we were away on a trip for a few days! She sent tons of pictures and was very communicative throughout the entire booking. We will definitely book with Elle again!!

Ollie LOVED all of the attention from Kate & kids. While he is a social cat, he doesn’t usually take so quickly to new people. Callie still seemed calmer when I came home than when they are left 100% alone. I do think that while she stays under the bed, she appreciates the brief attention (and fresh food/water)

Mark did a great job taking care of Sammy. We appreciated the updates, communication and care he provided for our kitty. She was well feed and happy when returned home.

Caitlin did an excellent job taking care of our cats Malcolm and Nala. She stuck to the cats’ schedule which was important to follow. Directions were followed exactly. She brushed our fur babies and the cats played with her a little. She brought in our papers, even though we had asked to cancel the delivery.

Service was great! She was very communicative and kept us up to date. We totally forgot to tell her our contractor was coming one of the days and she was proactive in calling us to make sure he was who he said he was. Would definitely use Goka & fam again! Thank you so much for taking care of our 3 cats. We were able to go on our trip stress free knowing our cats were being well taken care of. Thank you!

Mary is the first sitter I worked with on Rover and wow, I could not have had a better experience! She is so easy to work with and so thorough. I felt so reassured that my cats were well taken care of!

Jessica was the perfect person to check in on my cat. First, she responded quickly and courteously to all my communications. Second, she took wonderful care of Bruce following all the instructions I left. She completed the checks on time and created nice reports with pictures and descriptions of how Bruce was doing. My mind was at ease and I was able to relax and enjoy my vacation knowing Jessica was taking care of Bruce…definitely recommend booking her services!

In the past we’ve used a boarding service for our kitty Douglas, but due to him coming home stressed out more often than not this time we decided to try rover for our 6 day trip and we are glad we did! Luy followed all our directions and we came home to a happy kitty cat! We had no issues while away and felt like our baby was very safe with Luy. We will be using her again when we take our next trip!

Excellent care of two high energy cats the first time they were left with a sitter. I came home to find two very contented animals who seemed to have barely noticed we were gone.
