While I was away on a 10 day vacation halfway across the world, Michelle went beyond Rover expectations—she exceeded in every category, from feeding to cuddling to playing. She even cleaned and tidied up an unexpected accident my cat had left during her last visit. I’m super impressed and happily pleased with Michelle’s service. Caitlin was fantastic. She was very flexible and worked with me to pick up Tater Tot from my apartment. She sent tons of pictures and updates. I was very relieved to have her taking care of Tot.

Laura spent quality time with our cat each visit—not just feeding and cleaning up, but actually playing with him and giving him attention. It was so reassuring to know he wasn’t just being checked in on, but truly cared for. She sent us detailed updates along with tons of adorable photos, which made us feel completely at ease while we were away. You could tell our cat was happy and comfortable with her around!
