House Sitting in Skokie

Andrew was responsive, easy-going, and friendly. It was easy to feel comfortable about leaving him with our dog while we were out of town. I would book with him again in the future.

Renee did a wonderful job watching our dog while we were out of town. She's very communicative and detailed. She treated our home and dog with such care and love and went out of her way to make sure our baby was comfortable. Will absolutely book again.

Josephine did a great job watching our two dogs. It was so nice to enjoy our vacation knowing they were in good hands. Great communication with her and pics of the dogs were so nice.

LeChar did a wonderful job taking care of our dog and two cats in our home for a week. She followed our instructions exactly, kept in touch, and was a pleasure to work with. Would definitely hire her again!

Tiffany was such a lovely house sitter, and I could tell that my boys had a wonderful time with her. I got so many photos and updates of walks and meal times and felt so reassured that everything was fine at home while we were away. I won't hesitate to use Tiffany again.

Adam was fantastic with our little zoo! With two dogs and two cats, it’s not always easy to find someone who can handle all their different personalities, but they all loved him. He kept us updated with regular messages and photos, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. We already have him booked for a longer stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable, caring pet sitter!

Veronika is wonderful! We feel lucky to have her stay with Finn. When we got home he was so happy and our house was in better shape than any other sitter we ever had! She sent us pictures and updates every day and we felt very comfortable with her. We would definitely recommend Veronika to anyone but we hope she is available next time we need a sitter!

Mads is absolutely amazing. She provided in-home dog sitting for my large senior dog over the Fourth of July holiday. My dog loves walks but given his age and size, they must be carefully timed due to warm summer temperatures. She balanced meeting his many requests for outside time with keeping him safe. Additionally she sent frequent texts and photos to provide peace of mind. Most impressively, she went above and beyond during the (much dreaded) fireworks. She adjusted his bed, provided calming compression, and even played soft music to help get him through a rough night. If you want to feel like your pet is in the absolute best hands, hire Mads!

Joey did a fantastic job watching my dog and cat while I was out of town! So glad in particular for his knowledge of behavior in both as my cat is a recent rescue so we’re still settling in to our routines. It was very comforting to know I left my girls with someone who was not at all hesitant about keeping an eye on any behavior issues that could crop up while I was out (thankfully, there were none though!). I came home to happy pets and a tidy apartment. Would definitely hire him again!

If I could give 20 stars, I would. Chris was the perfect fit for our pup and took excellent care of both our pup and our home. I was so appreciative of Chris’s transparent and consistent communication. We always felt like we were getting the real story and loved the nuggets of detail she would add that removed any doubt she was truly settling in with our pup. She navigated house quirks and a dog illness with maturity and expediency and even flexed her work schedule to be with our pup when she got sick. Like the house, I returned to a pup that looked at least as good if not better than when I left. I just can’t say enough good things.

Tammy was great with my dog Piper! So caring and thoughtful. I will definitely have her stay with Piper again.

Mikayla was very responsive and accommodating when we messed up our schedule :) She communicated regularly and shared frequent updates about our cats. She also took great care of our space while we were gone and are so grateful to have found her on Rover!

Emily was fantastic! My previous sitter canceled just a couple of days before my trip, and I was extra worried since my senior dog is recovering from knee surgery. Emily was super accommodating in setting up a last-minute meet and greet, and she took wonderful care of both my dog and my home. I’d absolutely recommend her and plan to book with her again!
