She took wonderful care of our two kitties, who, evidenced by the photos, loved her because they won't play with just anyone. Joy has been really great to work with! I had a vacation planned last minute and this was my first time using rover. She worked with me to pick times and even came and met my dogs before hand. She sent me pictures and updates and just made me feel comfortable so I didn't have to worry about leaving them at home.
