Felt very comfortable having Emily check in in our pups. This was our first Rover experience and it went so well. Emily uploaded updates and lots of pictures each day, which gave me peace of mind.

Our cat, Lettie, likes 3 adults besides me and my husband. In the world. We are always anxious to leave her because she stops eating and hides from the caregivers we usually use. Lettie LOVED Susan. Greeted her at the door. Laid on here lap. Purred. And she ate and drank during our week long vacation. Susan updated us every day and sent pictures. We could enjoy our trip so much more, because our little Lettie was happy. ❤️ Big thank you to Susan!

Ashley always does a great job! Our puppy is always super happy the rest of the day after she lets him out to play and go potty. Plus she sends us the cutest picture updates!
