Just an awesome person

This was the first time I used Rover and was quite a nervous mother of my cat. I met with Elly and she was very professional and during the meet and greet she took notes the whole time. Was very impressed the attention to detail and the comfort she provided. I knew she was going to take care of my kitten as I would. I booked for that weekend and then a mandatory work event came up. But instead of cancelling she offered her fiancé as an option. I couldn't ask for more from an individual. Everything was how I left it and my kitten was well cared for. Debbie did an excellent job taking care of our 4 cats while we were out of town. She was always prompt and was sure to give the cats some love while we were gone. Highly recommend!

Becca was fantastic to Storm. She was extremely patient when he was super nervous with her at first. She stuck with him and they ended up being great pals. It meant the world to us as we were away for extra ordinary reasons and Storm had never been left home alone with a stranger. We felt bad leaving him but Becca went above and beyond to make him feel loved and not alone. She even left him a toy on her last visit. Thanks so much Becca. You're amazing!
