This was the first time I used Rover and was quite a nervous mother of my cat. I met with Elly and she was very professional and during the meet and greet she took notes the whole time. Was very impressed the attention to detail and the comfort she provided. I knew she was going to take care of my kitten as I would. I booked for that weekend and then a mandatory work event came up. But instead of cancelling she offered her fiancé as an option. I couldn't ask for more from an individual. Everything was how I left it and my kitten was well cared for. Debbie did an excellent job taking care of our 4 cats while we were out of town. She was always prompt and was sure to give the cats some love while we were gone. Highly recommend!

Elizabeth was fantastic with our boys. We had to change the date that we were leaving last minute because of the weather and she responded immediately to my text and was great to work with.
