Doug is amazing. We had just lost one of our cats and was worried about the transition of our other cat. Doug was so patient and kind and gave her lots of attention to help ease the transition while we couldn't be there. He was very communicative and let us know what was going on. I felt our cat was in the greatest of hands.

Kathryn has been absolutely wonderful taking care of my two puppies. It is very evident that she loves animals, and my dogs seem happier now that they get to spend time with her while I am at work. I was very nervous when we were looking for help with our two rescue dogs, one of whom is reactive and takes a bit to get used to new people. Kati is absolutely wonderful with the dogs and it is clear she has tons of experience with dogs of all different needs and temperaments. Chris was amazing with our shy, brand spanking new puppy. We’ve only had her less than a week and I wanted to make sure she stayed on schedule. At the meet and greet, our puppy was shy but warmed up quickly to Chris. He left very detailed notes about what they did and the best pics!

Mallory did a great job taking care of our kitties and turtle. They sent pictures and updates each day. The boxes and areas around them were clean when we returned. They also watered our many plants and brought in mail. Thank you!
