Dog Boarding in West Chicago

If I could give Robynn a million stars I would!! She was absolutely the PERFECT dog sitter for our dog Rizzo! I have never been so relaxed on vacation knowing Rizzo was getting all the love, cuddles & play time! Now I can book a vacation and not have to worry at all about our pup! We can’t wait to book another stay very very soon! We love Robynn!!

Lucy was so well cared for by Justine and Brett! She just turned 16, so I always worry about her, but those worries quickly melted away. They not only cared for her, but also gave her plenty of attention and playtime. I could tell she was happy and comfortable. I’ll definitely be going back to them next time the need arises!

Danielle was so attentive to our dog while we were away visiting family. Had total confidence that our dog was safe and adequately cared for in our absence. Daily photos and updates assured us that Danielle was hands on with our dog’s care. Will be requesting Danielle again in the future.

Eric was great. Responded right away to the request and was great when I updated my dropoff time. Sasha seemed to have a wonderful time and make friends with his dog. He sent lots of pictures of her on walks and having fun. We would for sure use him again!

Beth and her family provided such wonderful care for my dog! I would recommend her to anyone looking for a home away from home for their pet!

Celeste did an excellent job taking care of my dog. She was responsive, professional, and very attentive, which gave me peace of mind while I was away. My dog was happy and well cared for, and I truly appreciated Celeste’s reliability and kindness. Highly recommend!

First time using Jo’Ell… we were so happy with her service! After meeting, we felt totally comfortable leaving our dog Gracie with Jo’Ell and her family. We loved the daily updates with pictures. Would absolutely recommend and we will be using her again!

Ashley was very responsive and Milo had great couple days with her and her family! She was very inviting and made a very cute intake sign with all of his info on it.

Nina takes such great care of my dog. She is very accommodating to my dog's needs. She is thorough and knowledgeable and provides a welcoming environment. I feel completely comfortable leaving my dog in her care.

Amanda and Anton have watched my special needs dog numerous times. They always have an amazing attention to detail and have really learned to understand his personality and how he best fits into their home. Even with my dog’s separation anxiety, he looks forward to going to their home and eagerly walks in each time. I couldn’t have found a better couple to take after my pup!

Barbara and her family made my husband and I feel comfortable knowing our dog was in good hands! Our dog has separation anxiety so he needs to around people. Very thankful for trust, second time booked and looking forward to many more doggy daycare days for sure.

Jackie is honestly the sweetest, genuine humans. She has treated our dog Nellie as her own. The communication and care is beyond any expectation. Sad to leave our furry friend behind, but she is in the best hands possible.

It was easy to leave Jack at Kim’s house. She’s got a very warm demeanor and you can tell she really enjoys the pups and treats them like family. Jack had a great time and we’ll definitely book again!

Matthew and Michelle took such great care of our Mae while we were on a long vacation. They sent plenty of pictures of her cuddling with the humans and playing with their dogs and other boarders. They did a great job of figuring out what she needed - lots of snuggling! - and making sure she got it! Will definitely have Mae back again. Thank you.

Our dog had a wonderful week at Sonia and Greg’s! They sent pictures often and have a friendly dog, Sammie, that our dog loved playing with too! Also, they have a large fenced backyard for the dogs to play and hang in. Alex had a fabulous time!

Lynda was wonderful! She came through in a pinch when our booked sitter cancelled. She responded quickly and had excellent communication skills. Our pup came home happy as could be. (This was our first night without her). We love Lynda. Thank you!

Jennifer took such great care of Finn, which is really saying something because he's very high maintenance. He had so much fun -- he's been sleeping since he came home, and it takes a lot to wear him out. I really appreciate the fantastic job she and her family did!

Thank you again for a great visit. Trevor and Gizmo seem to have a special bond now and that makes us very happy. We have no worries dropping him off with Nicole, Jeff, and Trevor. We enjoy the pictures and feel like he is with people who really care about him.
