Dog Boarding in West Dundee

Jackie was a really good sitter for my little guy. She sent photos, videos, and kept me updated throughout my trip. She provides a a loving and fun environment for the pets she cares for. I felt my pet was on vacation too! Her doggies are very cute!

June takes the best care of our pups! She provides pictures throughout their stay, takes them on daily walks, and ensures they are happy and comfortable. They are always happy to stay with June! Highly recommend:)

Really great experience, thank you for taking such great care of our dogs! They had dog friends to play with, a fenced in backyard so they could all run around, and lots of pictures/videos while we were gone. Would definitely recommend and use again!

We are so pleased with the care Derek and his family provided for our senior dog, Aly, during her extended stay. Derek was incredibly attentive to her specific needs and went out of his way to support her. His communication was impeccable, and he kept us updated throughout her entire stay. Mugsy's new home away from home! Many thanks to Sarah, James, and their dog Jackson for taking care of, cuddling, and playing with our 1 year old Boston Terrier. It was our first time leaving him for 10 days and our minds were at ease with frequent text updates and pictures. They bent over backwards to make sure he was comfortable and treated like family. Mugsy seemed happy and normal from the moment we picked him up. I think he kinda misses his dog buddy now. We would certainly use again and refer friends as well.

Let me start out by saying, this was my first time every, boarding my pups. Jacqueline WENT OUT OF HER WAY to make sure I didn't have to worry about my little monsters! I had pictures and videos, frequent status updates... it felt like they never left my side. I'm pretty sure she took better care of my dogs than I do. I'm suprised they even wanted to come home with me afterwards. This was a fantastic experience! Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Katey and her family are wonderful. Sophie had a great time with them, as we could see in the pictures she sent us, Sophie enjoyed her stay with them. The girls played with her and were so cute, Roxy, her dog is a sweetheart. I recommend her in a 100% . Very responsible, super nice, and very caring.

Amazing care for my dog! Jessica watched him over the 4th of July and she was able to comfort him during all the fireworks. She sent me pictures and even a little video. I'm very glad I was able to find someone in such short notice and I'm very grateful for all the extra care she gave my pup. I'll definitely keep her in mind for next time.

Jayda is amazing and she was great taking care of my dog Coco. She made sure to take him out on plenty of walks and give him a lot of attention. She gave me daily updates (pics and videos included) while I was out on vacation. I’m glad she made time out of her school schedule to accommodate for boarding pets because I can tell she is passionate about animals and is so gentle with them. Would definitely re-book with her.

I'm fully happy with him. He was very caring of our dog, since kai have problems. He gave us update and sent us pictures. I will bring Kai there again in the future.

Carolyn is an excellent sitter. She took as good of care of my little guy Beau as I would have and she feels like family already. I would not hesitate to have her watch Beau again.

Ashley did a great job looking after our baby girl while we had a wedding to go to! We really appreciated the regular updates with pictures/videos she gave us of Winnie, that also helped reassure us because it’s always a little hard to leave her alone with someone new, but Winnie had the best time!

We had a great experience with Shauna & Peter T! They were very organized from drop off to pick up and everything in between. We got regular updates of our puppy with photos and videos. They were flexible and willing to pick up extra food when there was a chance for our return home to be delayed. We would highly recommend Shauna & Peter T for your pet care needs! We will ask for their help again.

Myrlonette was excellent with Violet, and patient and flexible with our schedule. I would be happy to have her look after Violet again.

We absolutely loved Wendy, and her family. It was our first time leaving Thomas with a sitter and she made everything so easy and most importantly comfortable. She sent photos each day of Thomas and a quick report of what they did for the day. Needless to say, we will be using Wendy for future visits and so appreciative of her. THANK YOU!

Celeste is the best! My dog loves her & I trust her. She has made my travel stress free, knowing he's in good hands with regular updates and photos! It really puts my mind at ease and brings me joy. Celeste is a great communicator. She really knows how to handle high energy breeds and puppy mischief so they have an awesome and safe stay away from home.

Cheryl was fantastic! I almost hate to give her rave reviews as I want her always available for our dog. We received regular updates and pictures from her. If she had a question she would reach out. Our dog came home happy and settled back right away. Cheryl is absolutely wonderful!

Jessica was wonderful and our dog, Capone had a great time staying the weekend with her. She is great with all dogs and did her part to make sure he was a good fit to stay there. I got a video of him every day while we were on our trip which only made me feel even more at ease knowing he was having fun and was being well taken care of. I highly recommend Jessica! We will definitely be using her again. :)

Rizzo loved staying at Jeannie’s! I could tell our dog was extremely comfortable and well cared for at her home. She provided daily updates and photos too. Highly recommend!
