Phoebe is incredible! We were a little nervous using Rover for the first time, but our experience with Phoebe was exceptional and we wish we would have found her sooner. She took great care of our difficult to warm up kitty and worked hard to gain her trust. We loved getting her updates and pictures each day - it made our vacation that much better. Truly the gold standard of cat sitters! Caitlin was absolutely amazing from start to finish!!! Her communication was fantastic—so many thoughtful updates, pictures, and videos that made being away completely stress-free. She went above and beyond in every way, even taking care of things like the garbage and checking in on the house without being asked. Very impressively, she built a genuine relationship with our shy cat (which is no small feat!). It was clear our cat felt safe, comfortable, and cared for. We will be booking Caitlin again in a heartbeat and can’t recommend her highly enough!

Emily has taken care of our babies twice now, and she's been great! She's great at putting us at ease when we're away...we never worry about the girls. They're always played with and fed, and Emily sends us great reports.

Sam was great with my kittens. She was very good at looking to their needs after them and I had lots of trust with her…my cats all loved her and I was at peace during vacation because I knew they were well taken care of. She is amazing!

I had a great experience with Jiali during a recent drop in visit for my cats. They followed all instructions carefully from feeding to litter box cleanup and made sure my cat felt comfortable. Communication was awesome with updates that gave me peace of mind. I really appreciated their attention to detail and the care they showed.
