From the moment I hired her, she was highly responsive and kept me updated, which made my vacation completely stress-free. Not only did she take excellent care of Simba—who absolutely adores her and thrives under her care—but she also went above and beyond by taking out trash. Her thoughtfulness and attention to detail truly set her apart. Thanks to her, I could enjoy my trip knowing Simba was in the best hands. In fact, I’m already looking forward to my next vacation because I know she’ll take care of everything perfectly! Yesi was absolutely great with our two cats and did a phenomenal job house sitting. She took care of everything perfectly and went above and beyond to take extra precautions during the Covid-19 pandemic. She even took the initiative to do some tasks like watering plants that we did not ask of her. Overall we were extremely impressed and will definitely be repeat customers!
