Trinity was reliable and timely with her visits and ensured our outside cat was fed and watered while we were away. We won’t hesitate to use her services again when we’re away.

Jenna took great care of our dog and cat while we were away over night. She was prompt and had great communication. Our cat is diabetic so he has an extra challenge of needing injections and specific food, and Jenna had no problem making sure he got what he needed. Highly recommend her!

She cared for our Ellie once again. Ellie loves every bit of the check-in as she gets belly rubs, rolls in the grass, and plays before going home. Kamela is the best !

My wife and I had just recently moved to Austin and had no family or friend to care for our cats for when we were traveling outside the state. We were hesitant about having a stranger watch our cats because of a bad experience in the past, but Gia erased all those concerns. She showed immense patience with our 9-year-old temperamental calico, Pixel, to the point we’d see Pixel on cam waiting for Gia’s daily arrival with string toy nearby, and she did an amazing job making certain, Grandpa (our other cat, not a random elderly man that we hired for her to also care for) received his medicine as well as plenty love and affection in our absence. When a family member of ours had a stroke and we had to take an emergency trip to California we didn’t hesitate to reach out to Gia again. She was amazing with our fur babies and great at communicating how the cats were doing and any concerns she may have had. She would send us plenty of pictures to reassure us they were doing well, and we knew they we’re safe in her hands. 10 out of 10 would recommend and hire again.
