Melanie did a great job with our animals while we were away despite a number of unexpected challenges that happened (huge snowstorm, malfunctioning automatic doors for our animals, etc). We were out of the country and it was such a relief to know we had someone here we could totally trust to take care of our animals. Took great care of our cats

Erin was wonderful taking care of our cats while we were out of town! She had great communication and kept in touch with updates every day that she went by to see them. Definitely left us feeling like we could relax knowing she was taking care of things. :)
