Madi was great! She updated us often and sent pictures every visit. She bonded with our cat so quickly, which was wonderful. We will definitely use her again!

My wife and I are so happy to have found Lauren! After having the same pet sitter for years, we were in need of someone new (and on fairly short notice). It can be nerve-wracking trusting someone new to take care of your pets, but Lauren was amazing. She is super responsive, responsible, and sent lots of updates and pics, which put our minds at ease. It's clear that she loves dogs -- in some of her updates, she commented on cute little quirks about our boy that most people don't even notice! She also was very thoughtful in many other ways -- for example, she texted to ask if we wanted her to bring in our mail when she noticed it was overflowing. She also checked in with us at the end of our trip to see if our flight back was on time (and if not, she would stop over one more time to check on our dog!) Her thoughtfulness and attention to detail were much appreciated! We couldn't be happier with how everything went, and we will definitely use her again next time we go out of town.
