Dog Boarding in Dogwood

I was in a pinch when a family member backed out of watching my pup. Someone mentioned Rover and I came across Heather. My pup had never been away from us so I was nervous and worried for him. Heather and her husband did a good job trying to make him feel at home and comforting me by sending daily pictures and updates.

She was great, easy to communicate with. She felt like I was handing my dog off to a friend's house vs a buisness owner. As long as she's available I will be only using her.

We absolutely loved working with Betty during Christmas time. She took care of our Ellie as it was her own pup. We received daily updates, pictures and videos filled with joy and good humor. We worked with a lot of sitters and Betty is the one we will keep coming back to. She even agreed to look after our doggy after we were unable to fly back home from Europe due to bad weather conditions. We will forever be grateful for everything she did to make us feel at ease. Heather is an amazing sitter!!! She goes above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable. She kept me updated frequently on how our fur baby was doing. Brought me so much peace of mind while we were away. She had several other dogs, including her own, even with all that to handle, you would never know it! She made me feel I was her only client and my dog was 100% her focus the entire 10 days she had her. I’m incredibly grateful to have found such an amazing sitter. I beyond recommend Heather!

I’ve never had to leave Reino somewhere before, but so this was really hard for me. What a great place for any pet and what nice people! They made me feel at ease immediately. I got photos and videos of Reino and updates at least twice a day. Thanks so much, Erin and George!

Beth was everything you hope for in the person you leave your dog with while out of town. When I picked Deuce up, I could tell he hadn't missed me at all. He was much loved in my absence.

Kirsten and Chase were really sweet and did a great job with my dog Cody. Their dog Hermes was really gentle with him and Cody loved playing with him! They sent us pictures of him looking super happy.Will definitely use them in the future!

Shunita was great! I will definitely have my dogs stay with her again. She treated them like her own and sent videos of them playing and having a good time. Great communication and provided everything my dogs would need. ☺️

It was so much easier leaving on an extended vacation knowing our pup was being cared for and loved while we were gone. Lori loves dogs and it shows with how much she loves on your pup while you are away. From the pictures she shared, Luna loved her car rides, time at the farm, snuggles, and making new friends.

So thankful for a safe place for my Petey to go while I’m out of town. He requires a lot of patience and love, which Tina and John always give him!

I was able to meet with Josh and his family at his home prior to boarding, this made me feel totally positive my Penny was goin to be safe and happy. I have a beagle and she was a handful! Josh kept me updated daily and handled the job beautifully. My Penny is a trucking dog and gets to travel everyday, she really appreciated the adventure with Josh and visiting others in his care. I kinda think she's missing them alot! I look forward to having Penny return soon as this is her new happy place!

McKenna was great with my girl! She sent me daily updates and pics. My girl seemed at home with her so I will definitely send her to McKenna’s again! Thank you!!

I reached out to Nick super last minute and he was so accommodating and kind. He was more than happy to keep Draco for an hour extra when I got stuck at work late! I didn’t worry at all and knew my pup was in good hands :)

Elizabeth and Phillip were very accommodating and took in my dad’s pup over an hour early. They kept my 80 year old Dads dog for the Kentucky Derby, and their home was very conveniently located near Churchill Downs. I definitely would recommend them for your pet sitting needs.

Another great stay with Sharon & her sweet Wesley! She puts me at ease each time. So nice to be able to relax completely knowing my baby is in good hands. <3

Good experience!! Indie seemed very happy and got a fun little goodie bag with the cutest framed photo!! I got picture updates everyday to assure my nervous spirit that my baby was happy and healthy!

If I could give more than 5 stars to Melody, i would and so would our dog Cooper! He took to their family just like he had known them for years. He was treated like their own as well and Melody did an awesome job of keeping me well informed and updated on Coopers stay. She made it a nice relaxing vacation with no worries about our other family member that couldnt go with us. I highly recommend Melody through Rover and consider her a new friend of the family! Thank you again for all you did watching our "other child" :) he misses you already!
