This was our first time using a professional sitter for our dog. It could not have gone any better! Joanne was very patient and caring for the meet and greet with Mavey and her humans. Joanne was very good at communicating and covering all that we needed to know before the drop in visit occurred and she updated us throughout the visit. We had no worries while we were out of town. The dogs loved her. They were very calm on first meeting her, not anxious like our Tango boy usually is. My one cat that is old and not doing great, cuddled right up to her.
