Brittney followed instructions accurately and she was easy to work with. I had to last minute change the booking, and Brittney was super kind and accommodating about it. Would recommend.

Heather is great with our cats. They get such good care that they’re less stressed about us being gone. And she’s helped the shy ones gain confidence around new people. She’s also takes great care of the house. Highly recommended!

Shaun has watched Katsu several times now and continues to provide such wonderful care! He is as always a lightning-quick responder to messages and provides the funniest photo updates that made us feel reassured that our fur-baby was well-taken care of when we were away. We look forward to continuing to work with him!

Paul did a fantastic job wrangling my five gingers for a long weekend, a couple of whom are scared of strangers. He genuinely cares about the animals. Definitely recommend!

Wonderfully patient with my cat, Charlie, who needed time to adjust to their cat and dog. After spending some solo time with our Charlie in closed off parts of the house, Charlie voluntarily entered the rest of the house, accepting of her new friends! I appreciated Matthew and Ellie taking the required time and care to make the adjustment go well. Will definitely consider using them again.

Emily was so sweet to watch our 4 girls last minute🐱🐱🐱🐱 We need someone detail oriented since one of our girls is deaf and 2 others are very timid. She is, kind, prompt and kept in communication with anything and everything that happened. We will definitely book again!

It was an absolute pleasure to have Katherine taking care of our cats and our house! She is very organized, prompt, proactive, thoughtful, and kind. Katherine has fantastic animal intuition and quickly figured out how to make our two cats comfortable. We could tell that she quickly won over our shy cat by the wonderful pictures and videos that she sent us throughout our vacation. Katherine communicated exceptionally well: before, during, and after her stay. And from the pictures and videos, it was pretty clear that the cats were enjoying being with her and enjoying life in general, which gave us great peace of mind. She even figured out a way to easily give one of our cats his medication – a process that I have now adopted! Katherine left the house clean and tidy. We whole-heartedly recommend Katherine!

Westley was very attentive and great at communication. We were very worried as this was our very first time using the site, but he made it nice and stress free!

Our cat seemed to be well cared for with Anna’s drop in visits!
