Heather is great with our cats. They get such good care that they’re less stressed about us being gone. And she’s helped the shy ones gain confidence around new people. She’s also takes great care of the house. Highly recommended!

Brittney was great with our cats! Our timid cat Yuca especially took to her. It was lovely to get back from my trip overseas and see photos of the cats doing so well.

Shaun completed daily drop-in visits for my cat Sammy while I was on vacation for nearly two weeks. He met with me and Sammy prior to my trip to learn about Sammy's needs and wants, and remembered everything I told him no matter how detailed. He was extremely friendly and loving towards Sammy, and did everything from brush and cuddle with him to taking care of his food, water, and litter. Shaun communicated wonderfully at every little step and occurrence, even if it was just changing the water in Sammy's auto-filter fountain. Shaun was very flexible, even through a number of technical difficulties and changes of plan (I was in the process of moving apartments as well). He went above and beyond in every capacity - when my automatic feeder disconnected from my phone while I was away and I couldn't reconnect, Shaun downloaded the feeder app, connected the feeder to his personal phone, and set up a feeding schedule for Sammy based on how much I said I fed him! His presence gave me great peace of mind, as this was my first time leaving Sammy alone. If I take another trip like this, I'll be sure to hire Shaun again, and I can't recommend him enough!

Paul did a fantastic job wrangling my five gingers for a long weekend, a couple of whom are scared of strangers. He genuinely cares about the animals. Definitely recommend!

Wonderfully patient with my cat, Charlie, who needed time to adjust to their cat and dog. After spending some solo time with our Charlie in closed off parts of the house, Charlie voluntarily entered the rest of the house, accepting of her new friends! I appreciated Matthew and Ellie taking the required time and care to make the adjustment go well. Will definitely consider using them again.

Emily was so sweet to watch our 4 girls last minute🐱🐱🐱🐱 We need someone detail oriented since one of our girls is deaf and 2 others are very timid. She is, kind, prompt and kept in communication with anything and everything that happened. We will definitely book again!

Jessicah was very communicative and took good care of our cats!

The house and cats are always well cared for when Inga visits. She washes the dishes, takes care of plants, and brings in our mail too! We’re incredibly lucky to have found her!

Westly was great with my fur babies the five days we were out of town. Even before that he came by for a meet and greet with us. He was prompt, reliable, and a great communicator.
