Heather is great with animals and makes me feel comfortable and at ease when I am away from home. I would definitely recommend her and use her again in the future.

Ashlee is the best petsitter I have had! It is easy to trust her since she follows my instructions with care. She goes above and beyond by giving my parrots cuddles!

Hanling took excellent care of our kitty! She came in advance to meet him and get instructions in person, and spent lots of time playing and cuddling with him on each visit so he wouldn't be too lonely while we were gone. She also sent us lots of pictures of him. We will definitely call her the next time we need a pet sitter.

As always, Christina took great care of our cat Caesar! This was a last minute trip and Christina accepted without hesitation. It’s been so great having her look after Caesar these past few years and we’ll miss her when we move out of state!

Lydia did a fantastic job with a last-minute cat feeding request honestly could not have asked for anything more would definitely book her again!

Nick is a conscientious, caring and playful pet caregiver. He was very communicative while he looked after our little ones and provided updates on their behavior including pictures that reassured us. He cleaned up after the pets so I returned home as I left it. I highly recommend Nick who is a trustworthy and kind person.

Raquel did a great job. I really appreciate her putting our Chewey order away too. (Always seems to come when I am gone.) She checked w/ me when she had questions and gained the trust of our timid kitty.

A spectacular sitter! I’ve been meaning to leave a review for a while, but life is life. I’ve become a sitter myself since using Madison for her services and I realize the importance of leaving a review so here it is. As stated already, Madison is a spectacular sitter who is genuine in her care for your pets. She took care of our five cats while we were on holiday twice. She also took care of our snake and leopard gecko which was appreciated since they didn’t appear on my profile (very unsure if I should have put them in somehow, but I think Rover frowns upon certain animals being officially cared for if not a cat/dog). When our gecko’s light fixture went out, she communicated the issue promptly and took initiative to get us a new bulb and then a new dome when that didn’t fix our issue. We came home to a happy gecko so all is well that ends well. Consider Madison for your next holiday for sure. She should consider charging more for her services too :-)

Michaela did a great job looking after our cats. She came promptly each day and gave us detailed updates. It brought us great peace of mind to know our cats were being well cared for while we were out of town.
