This was my first time using this service for my cats Symba and Eli. I loved Jasmine's service. She sent plenty of pictures and i could see that they were taken care of very well. I was so pleased. Rebeccah was amazing! This was my first time using Rover, so I was definitely a little nervous, but she made everything super easy and reassuring. She did two drop-ins for my cat Atlas—one Saturday night and one Sunday morning—and she was friendly, communicative, and really thoughtful. She sent tons of adorable photos (and even a video!) that honestly made my whole weekend. Atlas is usually wary with new people, especially when I’m not home, but he handled her visits really well — which is basically a win in my world. She also made getting my spare keys back simple by leaving them in the lockbox, which I appreciated. Overall, it was a great first Rover experience, and I plan to book Rebeccah again!

Hannah has been amazing about providing us with detailed updates about our kitties' feeding and medication schedules - we have also been getting fun photo updates of our babies. She was also able to accommodate us on super short notice after another things fell through with another sitter. Thank you, Hannah!

Britni was absolutely wonderful in caring for my two cats for two weeks. This was the first time I used Rover to find someone, and Britni by far was the BEST caretaker I could have found. During the initial meetup, both cats took to her, and I knew they'd be in good hands. During my time away, they were happy and had play time (via pictures and messages from her) at every visit. Coming home, I know both Luna and Littles were given plenty of care and attention because they are acting as if I weren't away at all. I highly recommend Britni if anyone is looking for pet care whether it's in your home or in hers. She is great, and I will definitely use her anytime I need pet care!

Crystal is the best!!!! She watched our cat for 5 days and I was very worried leaving my cat alone for that long since she does not warm up to people quickly, but Leah loved her so much!!! So thankful for the time she spent at our house and taking care of Leah like she were her own. Highly recommend!!

Leanne was great with our 2 cats. I was able to text her while I was away, & that allowed me to enjoy my trip more because I knew the cats were being taken care of. The cats really loved her; our shy one came right up to her! She even gave them treats & brought in our mail. Great job!!

Used Shanie many many times for my cats. She even went above and beyond to make sure they had enough food when I ran out one visit. She’s been great!
