Per usual, friendly, kind, communicative, on time. Always follows instructions for our fur babies and goes above and beyond. Great with medically complex or special care needs for your pups! Will continue to use them for as long as we live in the area.

Eleanor did an excellent job with my two kitties. She communicated well during her visits and by the photos she sent it was easy to see the kitties liked her. All photos were appreciated. When I returned home everything was neat and tidy. Definitely would have Eleanor next time.
