Kuma was wonderful. We had a last minute cancellation and Kuma was quick and super responsive. He was attentive to the needs of the cat and the home. He sent us frequent updates as one cat was newly medicated. He was professional and incredibly kind. In the next event we need a house sitter, he's going to be my first ask.
