Shawne was absolutely terrific taking care of my cat while I was out of town! The biggest snow storm to hit Michigan City while I was away and Shawne went way, way, way above and beyond to take care of everything! Melanie did a great job with our animals while we were away despite a number of unexpected challenges that happened (huge snowstorm, malfunctioning automatic doors for our animals, etc). We were out of the country and it was such a relief to know we had someone here we could totally trust to take care of our animals. They did a wonderful job dropping in to feed and play with my cats, and were excellent at communication! My cats were well cared for and happy.
Couldn’t have picked a better sitter to check up on my dog while I was out of town. I was so nervous to leave my dog at home while away but she sent me many updates to let me know he was doing great. It was really nice that she was nice enough to check up on my dog last minute. Really happy overall and I’m sure my dog had a great experience as well!

This was my first time using Rover and honestly, I was a little nervous. From the start Grace took away all those worries and nervousness. She was amazing!! She identified and handled each dog’s personality like she had known them forever. When an issue came up and we had to change the schedule, she dove right in and took care of it. She updated us every visit and took the best pictures. Knowing that our fur babies were taken care of, gave me the peace of mind to enjoy my vacation, worry free.
