Very accommodating boarding our house cat who had never boarded at someone else's house before. Great experience all around, will definitely be booking with Madeline again!
Andrea was fantastic and went above and beyond expectations for my cat. She was open and flexible to all of Laila's possible needs while I was gone and kept me carefully updated on it all. She and her son spent extra time playing with, brushing, and cuddling with Laila, even going on a little trip outside for fresh grass on a nice day! I know Laila (and my turtle and fish) had EXCELLENT care while I was gone. On top of it all, Andrea added two extra days at the end of my trip with no notice with no hesitation when I was unable to get home as scheduled. I look forward to having her hang out with my babies again soon!
