Melanie did a great job with our animals while we were away despite a number of unexpected challenges that happened (huge snowstorm, malfunctioning automatic doors for our animals, etc). We were out of the country and it was such a relief to know we had someone here we could totally trust to take care of our animals. This was my first time using Rover or someone I didn’t know to take care of my cat. I was very nervous. Megan was excellent. She was available at very short notice & did a great job with a very fussy cat. I will definitely look to her again should I need someone to look after my girl. She even went through some extreme weather to make sure my pet was fed. She was dedicated.
Emma and TJ were amazing with our babies and I am so thankful they kept a watchful eye on them while my partner and I were away at a wedding for the weekend! We had limited phone access so it was nice having peace of mind that they were taking good care of our fur babies. And they followed our instructions to a T, making sure that the needs of our kitties were met very well. So thankful we booked with them!
Kerrigan took excellent care of my 2 girls (cats). She played and cuddled with them, they quickly became friends with her, and she made sure they didn’t miss me too much while on an extended vacation. I’ve already asked her to take care of them again while I’m on a work trip.
