Grace was wonderful! She took great care of my cats while I was away and followed all my instructions perfectly. Communication was easy, and she even sent cute photos of my cats during her visits, which I really appreciated. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing they were well cared for. Highly recommend and will definitely book again!

Maddie made me feel that my precious cat was going to be well-taken care of while we were away, and she did not disappoint. Prompt and courteous, I have already recommended her to a neighbor. I hope she will be able to allow me to travel without worry many more times in the future.

Melanie did a great job with our animals while we were away despite a number of unexpected challenges that happened (huge snowstorm, malfunctioning automatic doors for our animals, etc). We were out of the country and it was such a relief to know we had someone here we could totally trust to take care of our animals. Emily was great, she texted me and let me know everything was good, fed all three and medicated one. My boys seemed really comfortable with her, even allowing her to pet them.

Emma and TJ were amazing with our babies and I am so thankful they kept a watchful eye on them while my partner and I were away at a wedding for the weekend! We had limited phone access so it was nice having peace of mind that they were taking good care of our fur babies. And they followed our instructions to a T, making sure that the needs of our kitties were met very well. So thankful we booked with them!

This was my first time using Rover or someone I didn’t know to take care of my cat. I was very nervous. Megan was excellent. She was available at very short notice & did a great job with a very fussy cat. I will definitely look to her again should I need someone to look after my girl. She even went through some extreme weather to make sure my pet was fed. She was dedicated.

Kyrstin gave my family peace of mind. We had a death in the family & the services were planned for the holiday weekend out of town so all of our usual sitters were either with us or with their own families. Kyrstin & Rover allowed us to be with our family during this difficult period. We will definitely be repeat customers! I can't say thank you enough to Kyrstin & Rover!
