Zachary was incredibly responsive and also left detailed notes after each visit. You can tell that he’s very observant and wants the best for your pet. I totally trust him with my pet’s care!

Sierra was wonderful, trustworthy, and an obvious cat lover. She made sure the cats were fed, even our shy Chika. I highly recommend her services.

Grace took good care of my two cats with special needs over the holidays. They took to her instantly and she made sure they were well taken care of. She always sent good updates and photos of my kitties giving an update. She even helped give them a special Christmas treat while I was away!

Beth was great with my cat Winry. Normally Winry hides when someone else is checking on her, but Beth managed to get her to come in just 2 days. She communicated well and did an excellent job taking care of things

Nikie took fantastic care of our cats while we were out of town. She was extremely professional and organized and left great messages with photos. I will absolutely request Nikie again!

Marissa was just phenomenal for us!! We couldn’t recommend her more. From a great meet and greet to fantastic visits, we couldn’t be happier. We asked her to look after our cat, and it turned out to not be as easy as it sounds! The first day we found out she had been locked out, so the second vist she met with a locksmith who took a while to get there. She had lots of patience and was worried about our cat! Extremely comfortable leaving our kitties in Emily’s care when we go on vacation! Love the daily updates and pictures from each visit which helps put me at ease each day we are gone! Emily is quick to respond to any communication sent while away! Would highly recommend!!

Wow!!! First time using Rover. It was very easy. But this review is for Emily and her fiancé. I took my cat Fluffy over for a meet and greet. Before we even met Emily and her fiance, a customer of theirs told us out side that we are going to Love them, they are great! Fluffy warmed up to Emily very quickly. Before leaving that day I was convinced Emily was the best decision for Fluffy. While away she sends updates and pictures. Very informative and responsive. I had no worries at all. I can't say enough good about this family. I know they are loving and kind. I feel like they treat each pet as their own. You will not be disappointed!! We will definitely be using them again in the Future.

We planned, then had to play it by ear, and ended up with an entirely different schedule, but she was very flexible through all of it! I only needed one quick check in while I was gone all day for a sick (and recently hospitalized) cat, and she was great at keeping me updated the entire time she was checking in on them for me.
