Her communication was exceptional, and the genuine warmth she shows every animal is something you can instantly feel. She treated Tuka like family, and when I picked him up, he was happy, calm, and full of joy! She even met me in the rain with a smile and an umbrella, proof of the heart she brings to everything she does.
