Stephanie helps us out in a pinch! I had previous failed attempts with other Rover sitters, Stephanie was the complete opposite! She was quick to respond and offer her services. The dogs took to her immediately at our meet & greet! She sent updates and amazing photos while she stayed overnight. Even so kind to point out a bump on our pups chin and keep me updated with it. I came home to extremely happy dogs & clean home! Stephanie went above & beyond our expectations! It truly shows how passionate she is about animals. Kim took excellent care of our two Shih-Tzus while my husband and I were overseas for two weeks. Plans for their care fell through a few weeks before our trip and Kim stepped in and cared for them in our home. Admittedly, I was very nervous about leaving our babies with a stranger for the first time and having a stranger in our home, but it was our only option. We arranged for a meet and greet in our home, and Kim spent a couple of hours getting to know our dogs and answering our questions so that we felt comfortable. While we were gone, she sent daily photos and videos of their daily routines and we could see that they were well taken care of. Kim also watered and pruned our garden and it is flourishing. When we arrived home, our dogs were completely relaxed, as if there had been no interruption to their routine. If you're in need of a pet sitter, don't hesitate to contact Kim. It's clear that she truly loves animals (and mine certainly loved her).
