Rebecca was wonderful - dependable, caring and knowledgeable. She sent us lots of pictures and we could tell that our cat felt totally comfortable with her. Will absolutely be a repeat customer!

Chyanne was very attentive and went the extra mile to make sure my cat was occupied and taken care of while I was gone. She even left a card with treats and a toy. Would highly recommend!!!

Leanne was great with our 2 cats. I was able to text her while I was away, & that allowed me to enjoy my trip more because I knew the cats were being taken care of. The cats really loved her; our shy one came right up to her! She even gave them treats & brought in our mail. Great job!!

Shanie was amazing! She was great about checking in on our two cats everyday to make sure they were doing well while we were out of town. One is shy and the other a bit sassy, but she did great with both! She gives great updates with photos of everything and even brought in our packages! Perfect!

Meredith is wonderful. She is caring and kind. She managed to befriend our cat within days of meeting. Our cat doesn’t let anyone near with expectation of my mother and me. The cat came out to greet and play with her every day. We were so happy. We felt very comfortable with her in home. Thank you Meredith.

Nancy and Mark took excellent care of our kitty while we were away. We felt completely comfortable and at ease knowing they were there to check in on our kitty. I was apprehensive at first to use a service like rover but I am so glad that I did and even happier to know there are people like Nancy close by to help us while we are away!

I was having a hard time leaving my older cat for a trip as she been stressed on previous trips, so I decided to try Rover. I found Carlie and we met before the booking and I could tell my cat liked her. Carlie sent me lots of pictures and told me what they did, all of which allowed me to relax about leaving her. I was gone 6 days and by the end of the second day I could see from my cat's face that she was in good hands. The fresh catnip from Carlie's garden definitely let my cat know she had a friend. When I got home my cat did not exhibit the stress behaviors I noticed after other trips. I will ask if Carlie can take care of my cat next time I go away.

This was the first time I’ve ever used a pet sitter. We have an older cat that has kidney issues and we’ve had to switch her to a wet food diet. Last time we went out of town for a two days she lost almost 1/2 a pound of body weight and it took two weeks to get her back to eating normally. So we were concerned about leaving again. Samantha did a great job keeping us updated on how our cat was doing and when we got home she actually gained weight because she was so comfortable and eating normally. I would not hesitate to have Samantha look after our pets again she was so caring and you can tell she truly loves her time with the animals. Excellent job!
