Pet Sitting & Drop Ins in Valparaiso

Rebeccah was amazing! This was my first time using Rover, so I was definitely a little nervous, but she made everything super easy and reassuring. She did two drop-ins for my cat Atlas—one Saturday night and one Sunday morning—and she was friendly, communicative, and really thoughtful. She sent tons of adorable photos (and even a video!) that honestly made my whole weekend. Atlas is usually wary with new people, especially when I’m not home, but he handled her visits really well — which is basically a win in my world. She also made getting my spare keys back simple by leaving them in the lockbox, which I appreciated. Overall, it was a great first Rover experience, and I plan to book Rebeccah again!

Ashley was great! Very on top of communication and extremely kind with Maya and professional. I really appreciated the pictures she took of them playing and informing me of potty breaks. 10/10 would recommend!

Meredith did a wonderful job checking on our dogs and letting them outside while we were gone. She was timely and sent great updates on how the visit went. I would definitely rebook with her in the future!

This was our first time using Rover to find someone willing to do drop-in visits for our dog while we were out of town. Shanie was very patient with me when I had many questions when navigating through the app. Shanie came over to meet our dog prior to us leaving town, she asked great questions, and was very communicative. While we were gone, Shanie’s great communication continued and we felt very comfortable that our dog was in her professional care. We hope to use Shanie as a pet sitter again in the future! Been very pleased with Alexis. My dogs seem to like her very much she’s there when she said she’s gonna be there. It’s been a big help when I work. I’m gone 13 1/2 hours a day so she comes over midday and let them out so they can go to the bathroom. I have a 14 year-old dog that needs to use the bathroom more frequently now and a three-year-old that I just got who was used to having someone home all the time. Would highly recommend her.

Nancy and Mark are great. They were able to help me for the day after Christmas with not much notice and that was greatly appreciated! I love the photos they send of my dogs. Makes my day!

This was the first time I’ve ever used a pet sitter. We have an older cat that has kidney issues and we’ve had to switch her to a wet food diet. Last time we went out of town for a two days she lost almost 1/2 a pound of body weight and it took two weeks to get her back to eating normally. So we were concerned about leaving again. Samantha did a great job keeping us updated on how our cat was doing and when we got home she actually gained weight because she was so comfortable and eating normally. I would not hesitate to have Samantha look after our pets again she was so caring and you can tell she truly loves her time with the animals. Excellent job!

We repeatedly booked Karsyn to help look after our Cat whilst we were away. She was always so professional and thorough with taking care of Cat. She is moving so we won’t be able to re-book her which is such a shame but I know whoever else she looks after will be in the best hands!! 5* Cat Sitter!!

If I could Give Julie 10 🌟 I would. She's amazing and obviously loves her work. It takes a speak person to love all animals. Also, my home is a mess rn bc I got an illness that has caused me to close my business and I was kinda nervous about that and she made me feel very at ease. About EVERYTHING. So if you need a sitter. Julie superceded my expectations. Dont hesitate. It's worth every penny to not worry about these furry little babies!!!

Communicates so quickly and is so kind and timely. Every single time we have had them come they are perfectly on time which makes me and my pup so happy!
