Shanie is the best! Our 4 fur babies love Shanie and she takes excellent care of them while we are away. We know we can trust her and have a carefree vacation knowing our pets are in Shanie’s care.

Our dog Luke needs extra patience and someone who knows how to work with shy/fearful reactive dogs. Julie knew exactly what to do and was so patient and kind with him. She put my mind at ease. We will definitely use her always!

Been very pleased with Alexis. My dogs seem to like her very much she’s there when she said she’s gonna be there. It’s been a big help when I work. I’m gone 13 1/2 hours a day so she comes over midday and let them out so they can go to the bathroom. I have a 14 year-old dog that needs to use the bathroom more frequently now and a three-year-old that I just got who was used to having someone home all the time. Would highly recommend her.

I was a bit apprehensive about using Rover after not finding a family member who’d stop by during my family’s planned vacation but Karsyn took EXCELLENT care of my 4 cats and always kept in touch!! She really eased all my worries, sent daily Rover Reports and went above & beyond!! Originally, we had booked for 9 visits, however, my husband & daughters wanted an additional day at the beach and Karsyn was willing to make that happen on a short notice! Although she never physically interacted with my shy cats, I know that they were in good hands with Karsyn! I’d definitely rebook & recommend!

Niamh took amazing care of my two dogs. It is hard for me to leave them because one of my dog wears diapers and has a sensitive stomach. I don't think I have been on a vacation without them for over 10 years! Niamh sent pictures and notes each day and made me feel completely at ease. I was able to spend a week out of the country without any worries. She did a great job and I felt so appreciative of her help. I would have her watch my dogs again in a heartbeat!

Nancy and Mark took excellent care of our kitty while we were away. We felt completely comfortable and at ease knowing they were there to check in on our kitty. I was apprehensive at first to use a service like rover but I am so glad that I did and even happier to know there are people like Nancy close by to help us while we are away!

Communicates so quickly and is so kind and timely. Every single time we have had them come they are perfectly on time which makes me and my pup so happy!

This was the first time I’ve ever used a pet sitter. We have an older cat that has kidney issues and we’ve had to switch her to a wet food diet. Last time we went out of town for a two days she lost almost 1/2 a pound of body weight and it took two weeks to get her back to eating normally. So we were concerned about leaving again. Samantha did a great job keeping us updated on how our cat was doing and when we got home she actually gained weight because she was so comfortable and eating normally. I would not hesitate to have Samantha look after our pets again she was so caring and you can tell she truly loves her time with the animals. Excellent job!
