This was our first time using Rover to find someone willing to do drop-in visits for our dog while we were out of town. Shanie was very patient with me when I had many questions when navigating through the app. Shanie came over to meet our dog prior to us leaving town, she asked great questions, and was very communicative. While we were gone, Shanie’s great communication continued and we felt very comfortable that our dog was in her professional care. We hope to use Shanie as a pet sitter again in the future! We repeatedly booked Karsyn to help look after our Cat whilst we were away. She was always so professional and thorough with taking care of Cat. She is moving so we won’t be able to re-book her which is such a shame but I know whoever else she looks after will be in the best hands!! 5* Cat Sitter!!
