Mackenzie was very responsive with initial communication. She met with me twice for meet and greet. I found her to be reliable and responsible. My cats were happy and taken care of when I returned. The house was exactly as we left it.

Samantha was so great! She was very prompt and communicated super well about my kitty. She sent great pictures and videos and took care of him super well:) would definitely recommend her for all your pet needs!

Jessica was absolutely incredible, everything we needed on our 5 day family visit. She was detail oriented and communicated very well. We would love to have her take care of our 4 cats any time.

Haylie was great with our kitten. We were nervous to leave him because we adopted him a month ago but she played with him and helped us with him in every way we needed.

We lost our house to a fire and it took my sense of security with it so I was nervous to leave the house. When a last minute weekend trip came up I figured that was the easiest way to start small. I had also never been away from my 19yo cat other than my honeymoon so I wanted to make sure she was well looked after since she’s old and set in her ways. I looked at a lot of reviews and something about Synthia made me like her. After our FaceTime meeting I knew she would be perfect for it and I wasn’t wrong!! She put up with all my texts asking for updates on my cat and even gave me updates on the the house even though I never asked!! She sat on the floor with her so she could get to know her and let her get comfortable with her. She wasn’t even offended when my cat yelled at her for not jumping when she said so (my cat is very sassy and opinionated lol). Her updates cracked me up and made me tear up that a complete stranger could be so kind to a animal they don’t know at all. I am truly grateful that she accepted my booking and plan to use her in the future and recommend her to EVERYONE!!! I have a week off in October I wasn’t sure if I would actually take but I’ve already started planning it!! Thank you so much for all your help and kindness, it was more healing and helpful than you will ever know!!
