Maddie was spectacular! Able to help on short notice, flexible and was very thorough and followed every detail to the letter. I'm pretty easygoing, but I honestly believe Maddie could work for anyone - high needs pets would absolutely be safe in her hands. She was communicative and I never once worried about my cats in her care.

Caitlin helped me use Rover for the first time. She communicated with me. She was prompt. She made sure the garage door was closed before entering our home in case our cat Sigil got out. She gave both cats food and water, she gave Sigil her two pills, and she sent photos of them, including one in which she's petting Calista. She asked if there was anything else I would like her to do. I would recommend Caitlin!

Hailey was amazing! Honey loved her. She was so thoughtful and went above and beyond to make sure my kitty was happy and my house was clean. Will be booking her again for sure!
