Got my girls to the clinic on time for their appointment and let me know of parking lot situation & layout for easier pick-up time for myself when I went to get them in the evening. Monica was so understanding when I was frantically looking for someone to watch my cat with so little notice. She took awesome pictures, and it seemed like my normally skittish cat warmed up to her pretty quickly, too!

Kaity did a great job taking care of our 2 cats. She communicated with us well if there were any questions and she was very professional. We never had any concerns since she gave us little updates about each of the cats.
