Dog Boarding in Eudora

Colter was a very good sitter for our dogs. Sometimes everything goes great with boarding and other times there could be issues. In this case, we had some minor trouble as it sounds like one of our dogs was unexpectedly resource guarding and had an aggressive moment with Colter's dog after the first few days. No one was hurt and Colter was very communicative while seeking my feedback on how to resolve the incident. He provided helpful updates and worked to reintroduce the dogs. After that, Colter said everyone got along and played together for the remainder of the stay. I'm grateful he gave our dogs a second chance and continued the stay while we were out of town. He took our dogs for daily walks and gave them lots of attention while he cares for them. Overall, Colter was a calm and professional host and I recommend his services.

Great experience. Clarissa kept us up to date and sent lots of photos. We felt like our boys were welcomed into their home and taken care of.

Perfect host. Not much more to say. Very accommodating, updated with pics, Rory was happy and healthy when I got back (hasn't always been the case).

Daina and their family took good care of my cat. We did a meet & greet beforehand and I got a chance to see the space, which includes at least one small room a pet could more or less have to themself if they need a quite place to adjust to their new environment. There is a backyard, but there were some gaps in the lattice structure under the deck, meaning it is possible for a pet to roam down there and it would be tough to get them out. The only area in which I would dock a point is that Daina never sent me any photo updates of my cat during her stay, even though I checked the box requesting such updates when filling out the initial booking request, and I also didn't receive much in text updates. Just for comparison's sake, the other two sitters I have used on this platform have both sent a few photos during my cat's stay. It's not a big deal for me; I tend to be more in the camp of "no news is good news" for pet sitting. It's just something to consider if you prefer frequent updates with photographs of your pets. The more important thing for me is that Daina was quick to contact me when my cat was not adjusting well to the new environment, so that I was able to quickly help resolve the issue. Overall, I would say that Daina did a good job taking care of my cat. They sent fewer updates compared with other sitters, but they were quick to communicate when it was most important. They also quickly and thoroughly answered all of my questions and concerns. I was on a tight schedule for drop off and pick up, and they were ready on time in both instances. I would definitely consider asking them to watch my cat the next time I need a sitter.

Lauren was great. She sent us pics and updates on our dog every evening. This was our first experience with Rover and it was a very positive one. We did a meet and greet before I booked since I wasn’t sure how our dog would get along with her dogs, and it helped put my mind at ease. We would definitely book with her again.

Excellent communication, easy to work with, and I have confidence in the care that my dog received. Carolyn was great, I would definitely board with her again.

Bailey and her husband took very good care of babies when we went out of town. I appreciate not having to worry about them and their wellbeing (although of course we still do). Very grateful!

Erin was absolutely wonderful with our dog, Nala! She was incredibly flexible and kept us updated throughout the weekend, which gave us, my kids especially, so much peace of mind. It was clear that she and her family spoiled Nala with lots of love and attention, just what our girl needed! We’re so grateful for the care and kindness they showed her and would happily trust Erin again in the future. Highly recommend!

Natalia took such good care of my baby Noel. She sent several pics and kept in contact with any instructions I provided and questions I had. Definitely will be coming back.

Magen was absolutely amazing to work with, from start to finish. She sent me multiple pictures of my doggo multiple times a day, which eased my mind! My little dude was super happy in all the pictures and when I picked him up and I have no doubt he had a great time! Magen also sent us home with the cutest little picture of my baby and some cookies for him! Anytime I need to book Ruben a stay, I will absolutely be booking with her! :)

My pup had a great day at Michele’s! It was 70°today and I loved that she could play in the fenced yard. Her two dogs were very sweet. I felt very comfortable leaving my dog at her house and will definitely use Michele again ??

Kella was wonderful to work with and everything went super smooth. My dog loves sitting on the porch watching birds and was able to do that in her lovely home. I’ll definitely be rebooking!

Kerri was wonderful with our sweet Piper. She was well cared for and was taken on daily walks. I wish we would have found her sooner. This was the first time after being boarded that she was distraught and hiding under our bed after we brought her home. She was playful and seemed very happy. I recommend Kerri to care for your sweet fur baby.

Amelia and Matt were the best Rover sitters we've ever had! Our Mickey boy definitely had so much fun during his stay! They sent us daily updates of all the fun adventures they took him on! Daily walks, trips to the dog park, and walking trails. They treated him like one of their own and I am very grateful for their care of Mickey. We will definitely be repeat customers. ❤️

Mo is the best it was our first time using the Rover app and we had such a great experience. She took care of Loki so well he was so happy with her which made us feel so calm and secure while we were thousands of miles away. We will definitely be seeking her out in future as well. Petra was amazing. We walked away from the experience feeling like our dogs truly had a vacation while we were away! Her property provided unique, amazing opportunities for our dogs to explore and enjoy themselves. This was much more than just a house for them to stay, it was an experience that we were happy to have given our dogs. They were so comfortable with Petra and we were excited about every picture we saw of them enjoying their time and all the adventures they were up to on Petra's property.

Elizabeth and Chris were amazing! My wife and I had to leave town for a week and were hesitate in leaving our dog Jack with strangers as we usually take him with us. They were very welcoming and put our minds at ease. They sent updates and pictures daily. Truly great caregivers to our dog. We will definitely use them in the future if we cannot take Jack with us.

Cheryl took such great care of Biscuit and treated her like one of her own much-loved dogs! Biscuit was comfy the entire time.. we really appreciated Cheryl!

We left Lyla for 4 nights and she had the best time. We got daily pictures and videos. She came home happy. We will definitely use Xue again for other trips.

Nicole and her family were excellent! Loki enjoyed all the pets, play and snuggles! Her dogs were so sweet too! She is flexible and has excellent communication. I know he’s in good hands in his home away from home! Looking forward to our next visit! Thank you! 💖
