Dog Boarding in Fall Leaf

Our dogs were happy to stay at Sydnie’s place. She sent regular photos during our trip, and was quick to communicate. The dogs were looking great on pickup. We’ll be happy to book it her again!

Daina and their family took good care of my cat. We did a meet & greet beforehand and I got a chance to see the space, which includes at least one small room a pet could more or less have to themself if they need a quite place to adjust to their new environment. There is a backyard, but there were some gaps in the lattice structure under the deck, meaning it is possible for a pet to roam down there and it would be tough to get them out. The only area in which I would dock a point is that Daina never sent me any photo updates of my cat during her stay, even though I checked the box requesting such updates when filling out the initial booking request, and I also didn't receive much in text updates. Just for comparison's sake, the other two sitters I have used on this platform have both sent a few photos during my cat's stay. It's not a big deal for me; I tend to be more in the camp of "no news is good news" for pet sitting. It's just something to consider if you prefer frequent updates with photographs of your pets. The more important thing for me is that Daina was quick to contact me when my cat was not adjusting well to the new environment, so that I was able to quickly help resolve the issue. Overall, I would say that Daina did a good job taking care of my cat. They sent fewer updates compared with other sitters, but they were quick to communicate when it was most important. They also quickly and thoroughly answered all of my questions and concerns. I was on a tight schedule for drop off and pick up, and they were ready on time in both instances. I would definitely consider asking them to watch my cat the next time I need a sitter.

Magen and greet family have Ralphie the very best care! She sent daily updates and pictures, took time to read details I'd written down, and felt comfortable asking questions about behaviors she was observing. She very knowledgeable and comfortable working with dogs and her family is super kind. They even made him some special homemade dog treats to take home. We will absolutely choose Magen anytime we need care for Ralphie on the future!

Carolyn & Daniel were amazing! We needed to make a change to our itinerary and she graciously helped make that happen. Our 9 yo maltipoo was well-loved and cared for and we are so grateful. These Rovers have three dogs of their own, and knowing that our little guy gets a little anxious around new dogs, she had all three out of the room when I brought in my little guy. Then, she introduced them one at a time. It made for a smoother transition that many will not take the time and care to do. I hope they are still in the Rover business next time we need to go out of town... I would book them again for everytime we need a sitter!

Carissa was great with our dog. He received a lot of individualized attention and TLC. Carissa is a great communicator and sent frequent and fun updates. Highly recommend!

Rachel and her family were so patient and caring with our pups. One of ours is a little diva, but she figured him out right away. She sent videos and pictures regularly and kept us posted on how they were doing. There are more animals and pets at their home so other animals make themselves comfortable pretty quickly. I could tell our pups had a good time by how relaxed they were when I picked them up. Couldn't have asked for a better home to care for them! Thank you!

Perfect host. Not much more to say. Very accommodating, updated with pics, Rory was happy and healthy when I got back (hasn't always been the case).

Kella did a wonderful job caring for our dog while we were out of town. She was very professional and provided us with some wonderful pictures and videos while we were away. I highly recommend! Five stars!

Josh was great from the beginning. He called immediately after sending the request to several other sitters. He put any of my worries aside by making me familiar of his setup and success with other pets. I have 2 Huskies and one is very active and can leap fences, Josh has both the patience and the setup to accommodate them. When I met him in person, he walked me around and showed me some of the areas the dogs gather around. He has pets himself, which makes me feel even more comfortable (knowing how much they mean to me). My dogs took a liking to him, he was familiar with giving them time to sniff around and wonder, he continued to update me with messages and pics (great photos by the way). Over all, Josh was a great Host to my pets and I’ll definitely continue to use his services in the future.

Toby and Chloe were absolutely spoiled!! Would recommend Xue if you love a happy home! Xue also did a great job with communication and making sure my dogs were comfortable the entire time.

Regan was communicative, sent us daily updates and photos, and our dog had fun playing with her dog. We appreciated that she took the time to introduce them slowly and to meet Sam ahead of his stay with her. She was also flexible when we had slight delays.

Would absolutely 10/10 recommend Natalia for boarding! She made me feel very comfortable with leaving my two pups with her during my trip! She sent me plenty of pictures and kept me updated on how my girls were doing the whole time.

I was confident the entire week that my pup was on good hands!

Kathi did great with my baby! You could tell she really cares about caring for pups and I greatly appreciated the pics and updates throughout the stay! Would definitely recommend her to a friend.

Doug had a great visit with Nicole and her crew. She sent lots of pictures and updates each day so we knew he was having fun. Doug was walked a bunch and made great progress on his training! We had to adjust our dates a bit which was no problem. Drop off and pick up was a breeze. We will book again with Nicole.

Michele and her family were wonderful! They did a fantastic job taking care of our pups while we were away. Michele sent us updates and lots of pictures throughout the weekend and seeing how happy they were made us feel so much better! We could tell our pups had a blast staying with her because after we picked them up, they were so exhausted and slept all day! We’ve never felt as comfortable leaving them with someone as we do here. We will definitely be using Michele again!

Thank you so much Matt for taking care of our 2 labs while we were gone almost 3 weeks. I appreciate the pics and notes while we were away. I’ve already told a friend who is looking for someone and would recommend you to others. Thanks again.

Always a great experience when Bailey watches my dog! She went above and beyond to ensure comfortability on the 4th of July and it really made me so appreciative of her services. I’ve booked with her a couple times before and will be using her in the future for sure!

Griffin and Gloria are THE family to leave your dogs with. We could not have wanted a more safe, loving environment for our puppy Mushu who stayed with them for 8 days. Griffin was our point person and this was our first time leaving our pup (for an international trip my husband and I took). Since the meet & greet, Mushu liked both them and their pup Evie. We got several daily updates, including notes on her well-being, pictures, and videos. We could tell she was getting all her needs met and so much more. Griffin was accommodating because Mushu's potty training included a pad. They even took her on a field trip to the dog park (where he asked for our permission beforehand, this meant so much to us). When we picked her up, he showed us which toys she had gravitated towards and suggested we could find some similar ones for her! We are more than thankful for their love and dedication to Mushu. She will be staying with them whenever my husband and I go out of town. Thank you, Griffin, Gloria, and Evie. Mushu loves you guys!!
