Shanelle went above and beyond to ensure our cats were well-fed and happy for the week were out of town. She kept in regular contact with us on the app with daily updates and pictures. She was also right on time with the initial visit. I would not hesitate to hire Shanelle again.

Michelle was great. She truly cares about your pets. We were going to be very late getting back from our trip and we were out of cat food. She left a can so we wouldn’t have to scramble in the morning. It’s really nice to be able to leave your pets in the care of someone who cares.
