She followed every instruction to the letter, and I could tell my cats felt safe and comfortable, their usual post-trip skittishness was completely gone. Michael is wonderful! Our cat has to be pilled manually every day and is very attention hungry. Michael spent quality time with her and pilled her daily while we were out of town. He also took lots of pictures.

Our cats love them and they do a fantastic job. They even stepped in to help water new grass seed when a neighbor fell through. And lots of laser pointer time! Can’t say enough good :-)
