We were very happy with the care Faith took of our cats. This is the first time I have used Rover and it will not be the last, especially if Faith is still providing pet services. She encountered a mess on her very first day—we seem to have a previously unknown raccoon issue. Said raccoon found the trash can and Faith discovered a mess when she disposed of the litter. She was a very good sport about picking up what she could. She went over and above. Our girls seemed content and not too needy upon our return—Faith saw to their needs beautifully. She even picked up newspapers when our neighbor, with whom we share the papers, failed to do so. Just very happy with her service.

Brittney took the best care of our beloved pup again last week. We loved all of her check ins and photos. She is the BEST!!!

Rachel was great with our two dogs! Communication was quick, she was very punctual for every visit, and we received photo updates and details about their behavior while we were away. Rachel went the extra mile by cleaned one of our dog’s eyes and bringing in a package we had at our front door. They always had their food and water topped off. One of our dogs typically is not comfortable around strangers but she took to her very quickly. We will definitely be contacting Rachel again for our dog sitting needs!

Susan is the best and goes way above and beyond for the job. And I can tell she really enjoys animals (especially mine. Lol). She's incredible.

Amelia is fantastic!!! I have had three trips recently and she has done them all. My dogs adore her and she leaves them and my house better than I left them. Amelia takes the dogs on walks, plays with them, lets them cuddle, and is very aware of their needs while I’m away. Plus, I look forward to her updates and the photos she sends me of my dogs while she’s with them. I highly recommend Amelia!!!

Chandra was wonderful letting our new puppy out this week! She took some incredible pictures and even took the time to clean up the bed our puppy had chewed up.

Used her for just a drop in since we were out fir the say. It was nice to not worry about getting home quickly to let digs out and ensured special needs dog got her meds on time.

It’s never easy to leave your fur babies.. but Samuel made it so easy. Samuel was very attentive, loved to play with our high energy GSD and still gave love to our shy Bear. Keep me in the loop on all things puppy and his pictures showed me how happy the pooches were. Which eased my anxiety. He even cleaned up some yuckies… I can tell you that we have found our sitter for our fur babies for sure.

This was our first time using Rover and Michelle exceeded all our expectations. Her communication, frequent pictures and updates gave us so much peace of mind. We could tell she genuinely cared for our dogs. She was tremendously sweet and patient with our puppy. We will certainly use Michelle whenever she’s available to care for our guys.
