Dog Boarding in Valley Falls

We always feel comfortable leaving Alden with Mike and Jen and their family. We know Alden is well cared for and he’s a happy little camper. Communication is very good and we always get lots of pictures.

Carolyn & Daniel were amazing! We needed to make a change to our itinerary and she graciously helped make that happen. Our 9 yo maltipoo was well-loved and cared for and we are so grateful. These Rovers have three dogs of their own, and knowing that our little guy gets a little anxious around new dogs, she had all three out of the room when I brought in my little guy. Then, she introduced them one at a time. It made for a smoother transition that many will not take the time and care to do. I hope they are still in the Rover business next time we need to go out of town... I would book them again for everytime we need a sitter!

Daina and their family took good care of my cat. We did a meet & greet beforehand and I got a chance to see the space, which includes at least one small room a pet could more or less have to themself if they need a quite place to adjust to their new environment. There is a backyard, but there were some gaps in the lattice structure under the deck, meaning it is possible for a pet to roam down there and it would be tough to get them out. The only area in which I would dock a point is that Daina never sent me any photo updates of my cat during her stay, even though I checked the box requesting such updates when filling out the initial booking request, and I also didn't receive much in text updates. Just for comparison's sake, the other two sitters I have used on this platform have both sent a few photos during my cat's stay. It's not a big deal for me; I tend to be more in the camp of "no news is good news" for pet sitting. It's just something to consider if you prefer frequent updates with photographs of your pets. The more important thing for me is that Daina was quick to contact me when my cat was not adjusting well to the new environment, so that I was able to quickly help resolve the issue. Overall, I would say that Daina did a good job taking care of my cat. They sent fewer updates compared with other sitters, but they were quick to communicate when it was most important. They also quickly and thoroughly answered all of my questions and concerns. I was on a tight schedule for drop off and pick up, and they were ready on time in both instances. I would definitely consider asking them to watch my cat the next time I need a sitter.

Matt was fantastic with our big guy and we will absolutely be using him again. Bravo can be pretty anxiety ridden when it comes to new places but he was comfortable immediately with Matt. We got updates and photos as well. Thanks again Matt!!

Kelsey is an amazing sitter! She is incredibly responsive, takes excellent photos, and her whole family spoiled my little one. Rory absolutely adores Kesley. I will definitely rebook for my next trip.

Our dog seemed to really enjoy his time at Lindsey’s. She was very knowledgeable about dogs and made me feel very comfortable leaving him there. She was great at keeping us updated with photos. We’ll definitely be leaving our dog with her in the future.

I am so impressed with Marilyn and the care she took of our 2 dogs. Drop off and pickup was very easy. Marilyn sent pictures and updates throughout the whole stay. I felt very comfortable leaving the dogs with her. They were able to take walks and swim during the hot summer days. It was a great experience and I highly recommend Marilyn. We will be booking again.

Our 15 year old dog, Roxie Dart, was more active than at home and didn’t want to leave. Cal was exactly what she needed! It was the first time she had stayed outside our home without us so what a relief to find her a calm and safe place to rest for the night.

Brandin was wonderful with Harley. Was great about letting us bring her a couple times before we left so that she was familiar with him and their home. He and his wife even brought her to our home after a long day of us traveling so we didn’t have to get out and could unload everything before they brought her home. We will definitely be using Brandin again for upcoming trips to Mayo Clinic I have scheduled.

Jordyn is the absolute sweetest person ever ! She took such good care of our dogs while we were away to visit family. She provided pictures and updates daily was very easy to communicate with and extremely flexible. We will definitely book with her in the future.

Wow, what a wonderful experience! This is the first time we’ve ever left a pet at someone else’s house, and I am so glad it was with Nathalia! My dog was well loved, played a ton with new friends, and came home tired but happy. Nathalia sent lots of pictures and videos while he was in her care. She also responded to all messages in a timely manner, and was easy to work with. We will definitely use her again!

Kathi did great with my baby! You could tell she really cares about caring for pups and I greatly appreciated the pics and updates throughout the stay! Would definitely recommend her to a friend.

Alyssa and her family are so sweet and very attentive to the pups. We got plenty of updates and our fur-babies made themselves right at home!
