Cat Sitting in Alberta

Evan has been come over to watch my three cats multiple times and he's always been very reliable and the cats love him. This winter we were under a freeze watch and he gave us daily confirmations that the cats and our home were okay, which we greatly appreciated! I will continue checking with Evan first to watch our cats and would highly recommend him.

It is honestly hard to put into words how great an experience I had with Lois without sounding hyperbolic. She was a perfect guardian of my home, my kitties, and my anxious heart. I'd never left my kitties for even a night, and I'd never used a sitting service but was offered the chance to visit my son in the Netherlands for 3 weeks and I couldn't pass it up. I just needed to feel at peace with how I left things at home. Lois was wonderful. She came over early for a meet and greet, and it was immediately obvious she is a kind, intelligent, and gentle person. I have two cats from a horrible hoarding situation who have taken years to feel safe, and they both took to her immediately! My stray, who came to me barely weaned, took a while but even he came around (he is scared of the cars going by the house). She took notes! (Something I always wished people I trained at work would do) Lois and I chatted a bit fairly frequently via a chat app, and she always sent what she called "proof of life" pictures, all of which were so dear. (One was of the kitties waking her up one morning. Such a typical thing in my home, and its normalcy was what made it great. That, and someone just waking up having the presence of mind to grab their phone and record this little domestic scene!) In our chats, just by the way she talked about my kitties it was VERY clear she'd quickly picked up on their personalities, quirks, and needs. The very language she used talking about how they were doing made it obvious she was talking about my kitties, and not just generic kitty language. And she left my home cleaner than I left it for her. While this is not the highest bar (lol) it was so nice to come home after 3 weeks, and an entire day of travel, to a clean, sweet smelling home with clean sheets on the bed! And a bowl of grapes on the counter to snack on (yes, I mentioned grapes and string cheese in our meet and greet. She listened!) I enjoyed Lois. I enjoyed our chats over and above talking about the kitties. She was clearly comfortable and cared about guardianship of my odd, quirky little house. Coming home I would not have known someone stayed here except that my cats were just as happy, fat, and sassy as they were when I left. I would recommend Lois without reservation. I feel like I have added a person in my life that I know I can count on if I need her, and if I ever need someone to care for my kitties it is really nice to know she is there. The comfort and peace she offered while I was on my magical adventure with my son was priceless. Thank you Lois!

Reagan was fantastic! She was flexible to work with and took great care of my 3-legged cat while I was out of town, including helpful updates on how he was doing and great pictures!! I’ll definitely reach out to her to take care of my cat again.

I am so impressed with Brooklyn’s services and communication. She is dependable and shows compassion and concern for my cat’s needs. I am definitely going to be a regular for her and her services!!!

Krissy was amazing. She checked in on my cat twice a day for a week. This arrangement worked so much better for my shy, picky cat than other arrangements I’ve tried. I loved getting the updates and pictures. I really felt like my cat got the attention and love she needed. I could send a message about a care request or toy suggestion and Krissy would respond quickly. She’s very willing to go above and beyond.

Glenn and Terril did a wonderful job taking care of my little buddy Ike Jr. Especially given late notice on Thanksgiving week. Updates and pics daily. Just a great experience overall!

Mariah not only helped us out immediately, when we were in a tight spot, but she went above and beyond taking care of our cats while we were away. She was absolutely amazing with updates and information and we couldn’t be happier with her. You can absolutely trust her to take care of you and your pets needs. Thank you Mariah!

Perfect check in on our kitties!

Kennedy was a perfect temporary cat mom for our little old cat. She always sent a photo and a detailed description of his food intake and whether he took his medicine well. I will definitely have Kennedy care for our cat again!

Ellie did a wonderful job taking care of my cat while I was out of town, I usually miss him and worry about him a lot while I'm away from him, but she kept in touch with us about how he was doing and made sure to send lots of pictures! Would trust her to take care of him again and would definitely recommend her to others.
