Julie is very experienced with animal care, and she put me completely at ease during my first time using Rover. She was professional and friendly and answered all of my questions. The updates she provided for each drop-in visit were not only thorough about the tasks completed, but included commentary about my cat that reassured me kitty was in the hands of someone confident, patient, and appreciative of all animals in her care. Although my cat's needs were unremarkable, I would have trusted Julie to provide more complicated care, and would definitely book her again for any kind of petsitting. Thank you, Julie, you were wonderful!

I came home to a very calm, happy cat, with clean wet food bowl, clean water, clean litter box and full crunchy bowl. My house smelled fresh so I’m confident litter was scooped with each visit. I had to shorten and delay my trip and Dani was super nice about it despite some glitches using the app so at one point my booking disappeared on the app but she contacted customer service and got it worked out and showed up anyway. I am happy that she is returning again.

We are so grateful for Chelsea! She has been medicating our cat while we are out of town and has done an amazing job. Our cat is a little salty and can be difficult and she has been wonderful with him!

Kayla was great and we'd definitely use her again. We got pics of the kitties, she fixed the automatic water dish, and brought in a package we got - absolutely above and beyond.

My older cat struggles when we go on vacation. Brittany was conscientious and thoughtful, giving us updates about her behavior. She was also excellent taking care of household chores like watering the plants, and getting the mail. Thank you for taking such good care of everything! We definitely recommend Brittany, and book again with her in the future.

Came home to a happy, healthy cat! Laura was great, she took care of my high maintenance, wild child while I was away even though he's a handful. Came home to a clean house, and she was nice enough to bring in my package from outside. Loved that Laura kept me updated daily, as it was my first time leaving my cat after recently getting him and the fact that he's an escape artist (she had no issues with him on that front though!), so I was a nervous cat mom. I'll definitely be in touch next time I need a cat sitter. Highly recommend!

Great experience! Cheyanne done a drop in visit for my 4 cats while we were out of town for Thanksgiving. She sent pictures to me when she dropped in which gave me peace of mind knowing everything was ok. She fed them and cleaned out the litter boxes. Will definitely be booking again
