I was updated throughout the day and seeing pics of Duncan playing and having fun made me so happy! Duncan had such a good time and it gave me peace of mind knowing he was in good hands!
First time using Rover and Brent has been great. Lots of new routines going on this week and he was patient, giving her time and space to settle. She has had fun and come home to be a cuddle bug with us in the evening. He's sent photos and updates throughout the day, which is reassuring as well.
