Megan is just awesome! This was the first time I used Rover and am so thankful to have been connected with her. She clearly cares so much about animals, and is really dependable and super considerate. I was worried about leaving my cat for a week, but after meeting Megan, my mind was completely eased. She came over for a meet and greet, and was really attentive and understanding of my cat’s quirky preferences and habits. She even brought my mail and packages in. I’d recommend her 100%!! Kayla has been to my house a few times now and we couldn’t we happier with the care our pups and kitties have received! She treats them like her own and gives them all the lovings! My cats are very shy and typically hide when new people come along. In the past, no one makes an attempt to find them. They’d just feed, water and scoop their box and head out. Kayla attempted to find them with each visit and sent pics of them in their hiding places. It was comforting to know they were okay even though finding them was difficult. We will be booking through Kayla again and I hope you do too! Thank you Kayla!! ❤️

Excellent experience - highly recommend. June volunteered to take the used litter bags to the dumpster (I had not expected her to do trash removal for such a short date range) and offered to bring her own broom to sweep up litter when I told her that I did not have one. She sent daily photos. When I returned, Olivia had ample food and water and a clean box, and kitty seemed happy and healthy.
